Greetings, my Cookie Monsters! No, this blog is not a recipe site or a platform honouring Sesame Street characters. Everybody loves cookies because they comfort and delight us in moments when our souls are tired and lonelier than the lone ranger. This blog will be all about giving a 'cookie' to its readers; in other words, a small wisdom or comfort, a tip to help with healing and all the stuff we need to stitch a torn spirit back to what it deserves to be...whole, happy and indestructible. I'm not a self-help guru and will never claim to know best but there is a war in our minds that is destroying our bodies and I'm right there in the trenches with you.
